We are the only non-emergency ambulance service to cover Cape Breton and Sydney-Victoria, and service 19 surrounding communities from Antigonish to Margaree. We are here to give you the care and comfort you deserve when you are in an emergency. We are the fastest, most affordable and most professional EMS service in Cape Breton.

3 Rivers Ambulance has been working tirelessly to develop a strong response system to the many different emergency situations encountered by our staff and by our community.
Our training and support is provided by Registered Paramedic Services of Nova Scotia (RPSNS) and our equipment is supplied by the Cape Breton Regional Hospital. Our training and emergency response vehicles are continually upgraded with the latest emergency equipment to ensure we have the best service available for our citizens.

There are four 3 Rivers Ambulance locations:
Boys Harbour Ambulance Station is located on the second floor of the Main Street Community Centre.
Elderly Care Centre Ambulance Station is located on the second floor of the Main Street Community Centre.
Centre Street Ambulance Station is located at the front entrance of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
St. Peter’s Ambulance Station is located on the grounds of St. Peter’s Anglican Church, just off the western exit of Route 280.
St. Peter’s Ambulance Station is the location of the Old Post Office building. Please take the second floor exit of the building and proceed up the main stairs.I have been working with a group of young kids who are keen to learn about birds. We have been watching ac619d1d87
